Healthy eating
I eat lots of vegetables and fruits to keep myself healthy.Many adults and children love to eat things like fried chicken,hamberger and other many other oily foods.Eating heathily can help us to prevent diseases and will make us have more energy to do works.If we eat too much of unhealthy foods we will grow fatter and will get diseases like cancer or heart attack.It provides us with the necessary nutrients and vitamins that our body needs.I like to eat all types of fruis and vegetable beacause I does not want to get sick easily.I support the school campaign as the fruits and vegetables are good for our health.The school should organise some games relating about the fruits and vegetables we eat everyday.
